1. The medallion will be hidden somewhere within the boundaries of the city or town of Verona.

2. One clue to the medallion’s whereabouts will be released each day for five consecutive days. Hunters do not need to wait for the final clue to begin searching.

3. The medallion will be hidden on public property or the exterior property of a Verona Area Chamber of Commerce business/organization. If the latter, permission has been granted to hide the medallion on the business site.

4. The hidden medallion will be accessible 24 hours per day, every day of the hunt.

5. The medallion is hidden outdoors, though you may have to look under, on top of, inside, or behind something to find it. Hunters will not need to enter any structures, buildings, fenced areas, or businesses to find the medallion.

6. The medallion will not be hidden in a location where hunters would risk damaging property to find it (for example, it would not be hidden near or in a business’s flower beds).

7. Hunters will not need to lift or move anything to find the medallion with the possible exception of a light weight holding the medallion securely in place. The medallion is not buried under anything.

8. The medallion’s hiding spot is easily accessible by foot and reachable for an adult of average height. No ladders, ropes, tools, or other devices are needed to find the medallion.

9. The medallion is contained in a plastic sheet protector. If you find it first, take the medallion and the corresponding note to the Verona Area Chamber of Commerce, 120 West Verona Avenue, during normal business hours to claim your prize. As many people will continue to hunt for the medallion’s location, leave the sign-in sheet and the sheet protector at the hiding location for others who weren’t as fast as you to find.
